- Schema.org “ProfilePage” + “SoftwareSourceCode” for portfolio AI-discoverability.
- The MCP protocol spec — building a custom MCP server for the factory.

- Returning to school. The leverage from shipping is real and I’m compounding it.
- Adding new stacks per project. The Next.js / TS / Tailwind / Vercel base is the moat.
